Some History...
In 1967, Maurice Filliatreau let his son, Paul, have 8 hectares of his vineyard. At that time, rosé wines were predominant.In those days, the prestige surrounding the delicacy and spirit of Saumur Champigny " had not yet been fully acknowledged. As a lover of these light red wines with berry flavours, Paul Filliatreau devoted all his time to producing them.
